RETURN POLICY

Here at Sharif Fine Jewelers we want our customer to feel comfortable with their purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we have listed our return and trade in policy below.

1. Any regular stock item may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Items must be new and unworn condition for refund or store credit. This excludes high karat jewelry, preowned jewelry, watches, consignment jewelry, and gold bullion. These items are final sale.
2. No returns allowed on special orders, sized, personalized, altered or any custom items.
3. Special orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
4. No returns on purchases over $10,000.

If purchased online customers may be able to return instore or online by sending an email to info@sharifjewelers.com to receive instructions on how to ship back and receive their refund.
